“Great communication, super helpful and honest about an item not being available as advertised, not their fault. Offered me alternatives and discount voucher for future purposes. Proper 5 star customer service from real people.”

“Slightly disappointed in the service given. I ordered a pair of shoes and got a call the day after the order saying they had a stock issue i would have to wait a few days more. I ended up waiting 10 days to receive them and only did after emailing them. I wasn’t given any information after the call.”

Hi, I have tried to call to discuss, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience with your order. We completely understand how frustrating it is to be told your item is delayed, and then not receive any updates until you had to follow up yourself. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the inconvenience and lack of communication on our part. We’re currently reviewing our stock and notification systems to prevent this kind of issue from happening again in the future. Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Kind regards Clarkes Golf
