“The mix box arrived fast and was really varied . It was perfect for my puppy boxer and my adult one. Yes it stinks but it is so good. Healthy good quality chews our behaviourist has recommended . Highly recommend to anyone looking for good stuff.”

“Great products that our dog loves and we feel like are things that would otherwise go to waste. Quicker delivery time would be a bonus - our experience is it can take at least 5 days from ordering.”

Hi, Thanks for leave us a review. With regards to delivery time, it should not take that long and normally doesn't - I wonder if your parcel got caught up in the numerous Royal Mail strikes or them catching up afterwards? As stated in our shipping policy, we despatch all orders the next business day with Tracked 48 service so it should be with you within 3 days of your order unless your order is at the weekend of course as the next business day is Monday. So many of our reviews state how quickly customers receive their orders so I can only think that it was due to the strikes. Kind regards, Bernadett
