Chimney Fire Coffee is a speciality coffee roastery, nestled in the Surrey Hills. We work hard to bring our customers coffee to suit every taste that supports ethical and eco-friendly practices, all the way from farm to cup.

We have long-term relationships directly with our suppliers, use 100% compostable & recyclable packaging across our range & deliver social impact through donations to Re-Cycle, a small charity who refurbish bikes in the UK and send them to rural communities in Africa.

In August 2022 we became a Certified B Corporation™, an international commendation of social and environmental performance. The B Corp™ Community is a nonprofit network transforming the global economy to benefit all people, communities and the planet, using business as a force for good.

“The price of postage is factored in on the purchase, so why is there not a discount for pick-up?”

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and for your feedback. In the new year we will be implementing a refill system at our roastery with a 10% discount off all coffee refills. In terms of postage, we do not factor the cost into the price of our coffee. Our single-bag letterbox packaging greatly reduces our delivery costs so we're proud to be able to offer free UK delivery as a benefit for our customers. “Hi, I had booked a coffee tasting for 13th February for 3 people and emailed to see if this would be virtual or we needed to rearrange. We haven’t heard anything yet so are assuming this can be rearranged? It would be great if someone got in touch about the date for this. Thanks”

Hello Patsy, I'm sorry to hear you haven't received a response about your coffee experience booking. We aim we respond to every enquiry and are checking our systems to see why we haven't picked up your email. All coffee experiences have been postponed due to COVID.
