“The item I bought was In stock and delivered promptly. But I feel they need to keep the stock updates online up to date to save wasting my time doing a repeat order and going elsewhere.”

“Lovely summerhouse for the corner of our new garden. The latch is a bit awkward/ fiddly but otherwise it,s good & still standing after last nights storm. The staff were helpful & returned my call after leaving a message on their answerphone.”

“Ordered a big bag of swan & duck pellets. Whilst the delivery was very quick, the bag arrived without any form of protective packaging. Luckily it wasn't ripped before it reached my home.”

“Looks good, but I haven’t had time to assemble it yet. The instructions could be clearer - little point in identifying the items by number of the parts aren’t numbered. Disappointed to find one bag of 25mm screws missing from the pack. Should have been easy to check that before dispatch.”
