“Both drying coat in red colour for my 12 years westie. Lovely colour and has such a nice finish. Dries much more quickly and my dog is loving it. Only have one comment that would wish it would be a bit bigger. Bought as per the chart provided on the website but looks a bit tight.”

“A very easy website to use and a good quick delivery service. The product, containing ichthammol, is one that I have used for over 40 years and have come to regard highly. I had been trying to find a new tin of it but it was out of stock in every other place in the UK so I was delighted to see it offered for sale here.The only fly in the ointment, if you'll pardon the pun, is that the tin lid was extremely dusty, the tow metal clips holding the lid on were very rusty, when I opened the tin it was not as full as I expected and the contents had formed a skin on the surface, as if it had been sitting around for several years. Still, I was happy to take possession of what is possibly the last tin of ichthammol in UK.”

“Did what was required. Given al they do is pass the order to the manufacturer, it's all about the price. The manufacturer shows little interest, but there were faults with their product. Not chestnut mill's fault as they never see it.”

“I was very pleased with this product and it deserves five stars BUT their delivery company (DX) really lets them down. Chestnut Mill would do better to use Royal Mail or one of the other private companies.”

“I was very happy with the speed of delivery and, on the whole, believe in minimal packaging but I did feel a bit of card to protect the cold frame windows would have prevented me from breaking one when I opened the package.”
