“Ordered some pellets for our emus and they arrived very quickly, about two days. Product always in good condition which has been a problem with other suppliers in the past. Always order from Chestnut Mill now. Only issue I have is the cost of delivery, very high”

“Excellent quick despatch of my order which is always very much appreciated. (Not your fault, but DPD once again only delivered 1 out of the 2 packages to begin with much to my dismay - then the driver realised his mistake and came back with package 2 of 2).”

“My shed arrived on time as quoted however on assembly several items did not fit one window panel cracked as I tried to make it fit in the apature. The frame pieces to hold the plastic windows in were all 1/2 to long and had to be cut the two doors would not fit the opening as they were 10 ml out top to bottom and I needed to plane 5mi down to 20ml off one door otherwise the shed now looks on apart from the split panel in the door looking weird as I have cut it . Overall it's a good looking shed but feels a bit fragile .”
