“My ducks love the Dengie bedding and i wouldnt buy any thing else. it always comes so quick - i use to buy it from somewhere else but it would take a week to despatch and then a week for delivery. But it comes within a couple of days from here so i wouldnt go any where else. I just wish they would do the subscription service for every 3 weeks.”

“This was the first time I have made a purchase from Chestnut Mill Ltd. The item was well packed and promptly despatched and I am delighted with it. As I have been asked for feedback, I must mention that the couriers (UPS) took several days to actually deliver. They completely missed the day promised (with all kinds of time planning involved to ensure we would be home to receive it) with no comment or notification - and then failed to forecast delivery on the day that they did deliver. Plus... UPS's website is time-consumimg, counter-intuitive and unwieldy(compared to so many other shippers' websites) and seems to presume that we are all resident in the USA, therefore their delivery tracking tool does not actually work. My advice to Chestnut Mill is to appoint a different courier/shipper, because UPS's shortcomings are impacting negatively on Chestnut Mill's good name.”

“Item hasn't even arrived yet I'm having to wait 4 months for a dog kennel and run and this is the 3rd email I've received asking me to review the product that isn't even hear yet.. Only thing that I have been impressed with is the kind lady I spoke too who was able too see that ordering something in July and not recieving it until December was not ok considering the delivery time says 90 days and I was 130 days so managed too get it delivered in November.. Cant review the product as I'm having too wait months...”
