“Light and easily transportable. Charges up quickly and easily just like your phone. Look forward to cleaning interior of my car.”

“I have bought 2 heads now which have both stopped working. I removed both brushes and removed a small amount of threads but it did not solve the problem. I now have two heads that do not work. Because of the COVID and postal delays also losing my Husband I have not returned them. I am now without a head. I do like the Halo and when working properly the performance is excellent.”

“I honestly love this vacuum cleaner. And I know how sad that sounds. I personally hate cleaning, but this makes it so much easier. It is lightweight, easy to move, able to get into corners, picks up all the small stuff as well as the big stuff, has a great battery, and is so easy to clean-the actual rotating brush can be removed and hair etc cut off of it. It's honestly amazing.”

“Fantastic vacum but for the warranty their aftersales service under warranty is non existent shame really The clip broke within 4 months and the belt went after 6 months no answer to emails for warranty repair so it will have to be binned!!! An expensive item that lasted less than year”

“The performance up to now has been very thorough. However it is clumsy and top weighted. Trying to stand the machine is difficult as there is no stop.to prevent slipping. The storing dock requires a clear space to fit which may not suit house lay out. So curates egg. But overall good.”

“I haven't used the Capsule apart from the nozzle so far. The handle isn't well designed for comfort. The attachments are hard to take off. This is the same problem with the G-Tech hand-held vacuum: plastic on plastic without a screw-in feature.”

“The accessories are basic but ok, however the vacuum cleaner is a disaster, the power brush head on this units are faulty, my second one also faulty replaced by the manufacturer. I’m really disappointed on this vacuum cleaner and I was expecting to be a lot better.. I wasted my money...”
