“Faulty unit from new still waiting for replacement unit”

“This is the second replacement charger I have bought. A bit disappointing as the wires went at the point where you plug the machine into. I only noticed that it had gone due to sparks! Works out quite expensive to replace at £19.99 plus postage. The second one I ordered took over 2 weeks to come! 😩”

“Now waiting over 5 months for new battery, which ran out one month over guarantee. They keep saying it will be available soon. I have now asked if it will EVER be available, but got no answer to that. Not impressed.”

“I bought this and rarely used it. Bags I received with the pack, I stll have over half left. The clip which you open to open the actual capsule has broken. I mean, the plastic has sheared and the capsule can't close/lock so the vacuum doesn't work, or it does, but doesn't pick up. You can't speak to them via phone. Contact form or email. I'm waiting on a response. Really disappointed with the longevity or lack of and also the lack of contact which is possible via this company. Wouldn't recommend, as whilst the phone number works it merely advises that due to unprecedented demand the item is out of stock. Humans seem to be missing! So, I'm sorry, but whilst the concept may be ok, the fact that a MAIN piece of the vacuum has broken with so little use, means that its not fit for purpose. Disgusted and hopefully others will think twice about purchasing (oh wait a minute, its out of stock LOL).”

“This is the second time my halo capsule has gone wrong during guarantee. I also have a dyson thank goodness as you have to send the item back and wait… and wait..my dyson has gone wrong too before and their return procedure is quicker and less frustrating. Product wise - the halo is ok (when working) but heavier than the dyson though the pick up is good. Not sure if I would buy again because if the lengthy returns procedure.”

“I was really happy until the pad at the back of the cylinder came off so now it keeps falling over which has resulted in the yellow clip snapping !! It’s only a couple of months old”

We have already improved the glueing process in production so this issue does not happen again. “Taken deliver today 24/5/20 of my new vacuum cleaner,have not even used it, this is because large pipe clips will not lock in. and this also this is the case on motor head, very poor Quality will be sending back for refund. Very sad because i was looking forward to using it.Not as well made as Dyson/Bosch etc”
