Received a faulty Halo, returned after two days. The faulty product has been received by them. All I would like is my refund as is their statutory duty. I have fulfilled all my obligations. I paid via PayPal, so have filed a case. At this point, Halo as not responded to PayPal either. I'm not the only one. Trustpilot has lots of similar reviews. Wish someone had warned me!

This is an expensive piece of Rubbish. Customer service is even worse, do not believe the statement that you will get your money back if your not satisfied. Still waiting for my refund yet return was booked after 2 hours of usage as collected by Halo. Halo accounts sort yourself out. I want my money back.

What an absolutely awful company to deal with. Product sub standard and flimsy. They offer a 30 day refund guarantee - don't hold ur breath - you will have to fight for it.. 20 days and counting and I’ve chased 3 times now! No where in their terms does it state how long you have to wait for your refund and with every person you speak to on the phone, the timescale changes!! No managers available to speak to as call staff work from home!!

I can't write a review since ordering on 27th April I have been unable to use the machine as the batteries don't charge. I have received a replacement battery but that doesn't charge either. I am awaiting a replacement charger.All I can say is that it is very heavy and not lightweight as advertised.I am very frustrated and disappointed.

This company is not honest. 10/10 dissatisfied with customer service and product. Nine weeks later still waiting for cleaner to be collected. Never used. Arrived in a box too small for content so could not stay shut. Delivery driver was struggling keeping in closed to prevent content falling out. A quality product should have a suitable box so i had my doubts about the machine. Taking a look at the main part i was not happy with the angle of the handle and found it awkward to hold so did not put it together. I found the bags much too small. Some of the instructions were not clear. So decided it was not for me and not worth the money. I emailed Halo straight away about my decision stating that should i have been able to see it in a store i would not have bought it. With difficulty i placed back in the box the 2 or 3 bits i had taken out using much tape to keep all contained in the box too small for it. My email was not accepted so looked for another email address. Eventually collection was arranged for 9 weeks later but never happened. Supposed to be collected today but courier company tells me it is not booked though Halo say they booked it for today. I previously enquired about returning the cleaner back to them though one and half hour away. I did not as their address was incomplete and felt i might waste my time not finding the exact location. I asked for more precise location but it was not provided. This Halo company is far from serious or professional. They obviously do their best not to have any machine returned. They should not be in business when dealing with customers the way they do. Taking money is all they are good at. I would never buy anything from this company again.

Absolutely shocking service. Avoid this company! First Halo appliance arrive in July 2022. This stopped working within weeks. Offered a replacement. This took almost 6 months to arrive due to factory issues etc. Was given the new 'upgraded' model. This worked once and the brush head stopped turning and the motor began screaming. It is now January 2024 - Capsule Clean have still not collected the broken vacuum or paid out the rubbish, half price refund they offered. ( Small refund is apparently due to the return not being within 30 days - despite me trying to contact them for months). Useless product and useless service

This is an awful company. They boast a sustainable product but our machine broke down just out of warranty and we have been waiting for about a year for the repair service to become available. We will soon have no option but to throw the machine away. They do not respond to emails. I urge you to steer clear of buying a Halo product. It is such a shame because the machine was so good to use when it worked.

My 83 year old mother bought a cleaner and needed a part that had broken on ringing she was told to email as do not have a phone service . I emailed for her and got an automated email but no follow up email response so she was left in limbo with no working vacuume and with knowone to talk to to solve the in guarantee fault .basically they want to sell products but after sales service is terrible so don't buy.

Was really pleased with vacuum but after 18 months it stopped working. Halo told me I needed a new battery which was out of stock and they would send to me when available. After waiting 3 months and still no battery -and realising from reviews many others waiting - very very doubtful battery would materialise and the two year warranty was drawing near so I contacted Citizens Advice who advised me to write to company - they sent me a template letter to use - asking for repair or refund quoting Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. No response from Halo so contacted my credit card company quoting same Act. They began investigations but out of the blue a full refund of £249 from Halo went into my bank account! I can only offer this information to other disgruntled customers. First port of call Citizens Advice. Don’t let this company get away with it. What is the sad thing though was this such a great little vacuum and such a shame for us and Halo that it didn’t work out for us all.

Item stopped working within warranty . Have been told for 4 months now they are waiting for stock to replace. Have been offered a partial refund for a fraction of the cost . Seems other people having identical Issues. Do not buy.

DO NOT BUY. Product worked well for first 10 months then the motorised power brush stopped working, well within supposed 2 year warranty period. After being advised they would send a new main unit, 4 months later after repeated chasing and with no timeframe given for replacement, I asked for a full refund of £249.99. They advised they cannot give a full refund as I had the machine for 10 months and would only offer a refund of £155 due to the age and use of the product to date.

Really terrible product. Poor customer service. I've been waiting over 2 months for a battery replacement and they have now offered me a partial refund (it's within warranty)... still even though I've given them my bank details they've still not refunded me nor have they replied for ages. I doubt I'll ever see it. DO NOT BUY! They are still advertising them for sale however. Mine is going to the dump. So much for sustainability.

Unfortunately the only plus I can say about Capsule is that it is powerful. Regrettably , for me, the disadvantages massively outweigh the power. Every time it has been used, it falls over, unless securely placed in a corner. I find the handle extraordinarily uncomfortable as it is hard plastic and presses on my arthritic knuckles. Sadly the bags are pretty expensive. The cost of purchasing a spare charger plug is also expensive. Quite frequently chargers like this aren’t overly durable. The wire inside can fail unless you ensure the cable is upright. Warnings about using anything except genuine parts, whilst understandable, feels rather intimidating. I could not recommend this product to anyone without sharing all the issues I found. I appreciate that not all the issues I have encountered would necessarily affect everyone, but I would give a very honest appraisal.

i could never recommend this cordless cleaner to anyone. it works well but getting it repaired is a nightmare. i've been waiting to get my halo capsule repaired for absolutely ages - literally months and months. It was only just out of guarantee. i have had no joy from halo in discovering when their halo refresh will be available again. and have found it near impossible to communicate with halo expect when I write an appalling review. it is beyond me why they can't estimate when this will be available. they said shortly 4 months ago!

Third head head for this vacuum in two years. The first was replaced under warranty, but this one I’ve had to pay for. The substandard Flexi hose has perished both times and is not available to buy separately, so it seems like I’ll have to replace the hole head (£50) on a yearly basis, OUCH! Not great for the environment either, haven’t to buy a lot more plastic than is really necessary. I wouldn’t recommend buy a Halo Capsule because of this. Shame really as apart from this problem it’s great.

I have sent back my capsule clean as the first time I used it I could hear a loud sound as I was using it. When I looked at my floor it has taken the corner off my laminate in three places. I phoned your customer services and I was told this has never happened before and your development department would contact me. I heard nothing so I rejected the vacuum and have had my money back but did not even get an apology for my ruined floor. I have had a Bosch for years and now have a dyson neither machine has damaged my floor.

Fantastic vacum but for the warranty their aftersales service under warranty is non existent shame really The clip broke within 4 months and the belt went after 6 months no answer to emails for warranty repair so it will have to be binned!!! An expensive item that lasted less than year
