I paid extra for faster delivery because the books were a gift. Unfortunately they didn’t come any faster. When I contacted them to chase up the order they were very quick to reply to me, were very apologetic, explaining there was an issue with the post office and credited me the money back straight away that I’d paid for faster delivery. I found their Customer Service very good.
