“In July 2023 I placed an order for 50 books to be delivered to my home address in Ohio. The tracking number I received stated that the books were actually shipped to Anchorage, AK instead. After emailing the company of this error, a week later they assured me that a new shipment would be sent out. Delivery would take 10 to 15 days. After 20 days, I sent another email inquiring about the shipment. After two weeks I received a response saying "To be patient" and they would update me as soon as possible. Another week past and I received a new tracking number. When I looked up new tracking number a notice popped up stating that this tracking number is often used for scamming. As of today, October 18, 2023 I have yet to receive any books or refund.”
“Basically delivery and not shipping out my other order. It's been over a month and they supposedly had a warehouse issue and sent out the wrong thing. I ordered books but they supposedly sent me a photo frame for my first order. They are fighting me on refunding the full amounts. To me this is a scam.”

“Do not trust this. I have been fighting with 17Track about my missing package. Well first of they told me they sent out the wrong package and it got delivered to my house but it did not so I asked if they could resend my package then they threatened me saying if I did not find the missing package they would not send out my order. Then they only offered me a 20% refund because they lost money. It was not my fault that they delivered to the wrong address and not I don’t even get my order and I don’t even get a full refund. Here is my order number to prove I bought something. Order No. 2023090556555257. This is one huge scam. Do not buy from here at all.”
