“I ordered white Roman blinds, I availed of free black out. As it turns out the white blinds now look grey because of the dark lining, that is the worst I can say about them Blinds were delivered in a timely fashion and quality of blind was good. I will order again but I will not opt for black out lining.”

“I was disappointed as the length of blinds was slightly shorter than requested and as a result they look skimpy. I have never experienced this when ordering blinds in the past.”

“Blinds are nice but this is the second time I got them a bit damaged first time they had a broken click and second time they were bent in the middle I was able to sort it myself but many people would an extra check before sending would help just a bit of friendly advice”

“I ordered a few blinds and most were perfect. However one blind was too small and although I emailed the company on several occasions I never received a response. Very annoying. Also the safety device was broken on one of my blinds. Again I received no response to my email.”

“I gave the exact measurement of recess of window but it seems like another 1.5 cm would have given better coverage of window. Brackets have room to push closer to wall”

“Fast order, good delivery info, good value. Instructions for fitting not as helpful as could be especially for blinds that require a middle bracket, sizing instructions in advance would be good as well with tips such as measure far enough away to allow for window handle. Sizing off as we made this error and so not an exact fit”

“Curtains arrived on time and were well made, however the width of the curtains was 1.5 the length of the pole instead of the expected 2.0, so the curtains aren't as full as I would have liked. It seems that the standard for eyelet is 1.5 and for pleat is 2.0. This should be made clear on the measurements FAQ so for those of us who want a fuller curtain can make the necessary adjustments to ensure the required width.”

“Good material. Great service with samples. Query I emailed was answered very efficiently. Don't like the chain that came with the roller blind or the fact that the back if the blind is white as this bit shows at the top of the blind so it doesn't look great.”

“I purchased roman blinds from blinds2go. Even though all measurements i gave were exact, they still seemed to have made one of the blinds a bit too short width wise. The trim fits the window but the blind sits in an s shape. Its like they never used enough fabric for the blind and tried to stretch it to fit. It is noticeable on the window as when day light shines, all you can see is the s shape, as the blind does not have enough fabric to stretch the full width. Thumbs up for delivery as it was fast.”

“I ordered from this company before about a year ago and I must say that this time the experience was not so good. It took really long time to deliver and quality is OK. Different way the blind is attached from before, a bit more complicated and some more plastic parts.”
