“So far so good. Bin arrive quickly but without the inner liner as ordered. Quick chat with a nice member of customer service and it has been promised asap. If that happens then all good. Product seems to be what was advertised- suggest pricing should include VAT for customers who are not registered as it can be misleading.”

“Easy ordering, quick delivery, well packaged, but item not as suitable as I was hoping. Ordered a bin for food waste but the lid has to be lifted off. Difficult when trying to scrape food off your plate. Peddle bin design would be better.”
Hi Karen, thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that you had trouble scraping food waste into the bin. We do have a pedal food waste bin with A4 sticker available on our site. This may be a good alternative for you.
