“Easy to order, delivery all fine, just had the sticker missing for the top of the bin. I emailed last week so hopefully i''ll get one sent out to me soon!”

“So far so good. Bin arrive quickly but without the inner liner as ordered. Quick chat with a nice member of customer service and it has been promised asap. If that happens then all good. Product seems to be what was advertised- suggest pricing should include VAT for customers who are not registered as it can be misleading.”

“Easy ordering, quick delivery, well packaged, but item not as suitable as I was hoping. Ordered a bin for food waste but the lid has to be lifted off. Difficult when trying to scrape food off your plate. Peddle bin design would be better.”

“Not simple to order online as to many options however spoke with customer services who helped clarify a few things. Disappointed that I wasnt informed delivery was on way until the driver called me as he couldnt find us.Also we were left with all the rubbish including a pallette to dispose of.”
