“Easy ordering, quick delivery, well packaged, but item not as suitable as I was hoping. Ordered a bin for food waste but the lid has to be lifted off. Difficult when trying to scrape food off your plate. Peddle bin design would be better.”

Hi Karen, thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that you had trouble scraping food waste into the bin. We do have a pedal food waste bin with A4 sticker available on our site. “Not simple to order online as to many options however spoke with customer services who helped clarify a few things. Disappointed that I wasnt informed delivery was on way until the driver called me as he couldnt find us.Also we were left with all the rubbish including a pallette to dispose of.”

“Ordered the heavy duty snow shovel as it was the cheapest found anywhere online. And both my old wooden handles snapped during the last snowfall. The product did not arrive on the specified time and no communication whatsoever from shop to indicate when it would arrive. I wasn’t chasing just wha to know when to expect so I would be home to collect on delivery. Rang up customers support which said there was huge demand ( understandable as it had been snowing heavily). However I explained I was chasing and wanted to know when to expect delivery so I can be home. He said he doesn’t know, but since they use DPD or similar, they would send a text with delivery date before delivery. Ultimately the product was delivered without any notice and whilst I was at work. I could have scheduled to be WFH if I had notice. Very poor customer service”
