“Can't fault speed of "free" delivery. Item arrived next day. But at almost £20 I felt any delivery charge was incorporated into the price of the McKenzie Airback. I'm no expert on the technology but the item strikes me as overpriced. Not tested the item seriously yet but two 10 hour flights and a 2,000 mile Canada road trip should be definitive.”

“Easy to order, delivery all fine, just had the sticker missing for the top of the bin. I emailed last week so hopefully i''ll get one sent out to me soon!”

“So far so good. Bin arrive quickly but without the inner liner as ordered. Quick chat with a nice member of customer service and it has been promised asap. If that happens then all good. Product seems to be what was advertised- suggest pricing should include VAT for customers who are not registered as it can be misleading.”

“Easy ordering, quick delivery, well packaged, but item not as suitable as I was hoping. Ordered a bin for food waste but the lid has to be lifted off. Difficult when trying to scrape food off your plate. Peddle bin design would be better.”

“I purchased a Wall Mounted Soap & Hand Sanitiser Dispenser - 900ml Capacity, product code IFS03W. Delivery was quick and it arrived safely. Installation was easy. The only problem I have with the device being the plastic cap on the reservoir bottle is very thin and broke when I opened it to fill the bottle. I ended up putting some clingfilm over the top; held in place with an elastic band. Other than that, the device seems to work OK.”

“It's a good bin and does what it was purchased to do = keep the dog out. BUT it is very difficult to find a liner that fits easily. If you can tell me of some that fit I would welcome the information.”

“Delivered my order to the wrong address, finally managed to sort out the issue but then when the delivery did arrive it was missing the bin tops but I have been charged. I have emailed asking for either a refund or delivery of the items ordered but after a week have not heard anything back. Updated - as soon as I left the first review I was contacted very quickly and the issue was resolved in very quick time.”
