I live next door to a property which has been " renovated " by your company. The roofing contractors you employed didn't properly secure the plastic sheeting after removing all the roof tiles, and for the next couple of weeks the rain poured in, making the house uninhabitable. My neighbours were put up in a bed and breakfast for months. The roof has now been fixed, apparently, but after 6 months the scaffolding is still up. We gave you permission to put scaffolding on our property while the work was being carried out, but no way did we expect it to still be here 6 months later. My husband has called several times but the calls aren't being answered. I'm sure our local MP Mel Stride will be interested to hear about this, as will our local newspapers. Get this scaffolding off our property both front and back with immediate effect. I look forward to seeing your response.

Think you may have to look at your staff as two of your workers been in our street all day.. not even came out there van .. no work getting done whats so ever .. reg van number is MA68YPT

We had a wet room installed last summer. The work was supposed to take four days, ten days later it was completed. During this time we were flooded four times and unable to use the toilet for two days. This week the entire wet room is currently being ripped out due to more leaks under the floor waste. We have now found out that the branch manager sent a gas fitter to do the plumbing last year. The workmen arrived at around 10.15 then disappeared for 11 o'clock tea break then at around 12 it's a hour the 3/4 lunch break.

Their drivers are absolutely dangerous. Break speed limits, undercut other road users. If this is how they operate in sign written vehicles one can only imagine their behaviour on site.

We have a complaint about the noise before 8.00 in the mornin which they say they don't start until 8 the generator goes on which makes a noise they throw things over there yard and we have pictures of them there before 8.00am and they know they shouldn't make a noise until 8.00am we called the council and they said they should start from 8.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm and they come after 1.00 on sat

They have installed defective units, damaged a window and told lies to keep from fixing their mistakes. The water pressure on the heated shower united is extremely poor and only really increases if its set to cold water. To lie about their work is an insult to all the good brits every where. And as I have witnessed the quality in their work is poor and should never be hired to do anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New kitchen fitted by Bell contractors on behalf of Longhurst housing, considering accreditations held by Bell and a their quality policy statement “It is the policy and a principal business objective of Bell Group UK to provide the highest quality of service to clients.” This has to be the worst workmanship I have ever seen for contractor with such a quality statement, every job done to the worst possible standards. Inspectors from Bell and Longhurst called to check the work, said they were not happy and got some of the issues sorted out, again to very poor standards, weeks later and still no contact to inspect again or complete any of the work that needs to be done. Considering Bell apparently hold NQA ISO9001 I wonder if NQA would like to see the pictures I have showing the quality of the work. Absolutely shocking. Just a few points. Plaster that could have been done better with bare hands than a trowel, sink not fitted into worktop with gaps around, tiles cut with gaps around electrical sockets, painter leaving gloss paint everywhere without cleaning up and signing work to say he worked until 4.00 when he was rushing to leave and finally left at 12.00, painting without any preparation whatsoever, plumber fitted pipe from dishwasher incorrectly causing water damage to the new sink unit (had to fix this myself as there was water everywhere) . I have never seen such a bunch of cowboys in my life, like it or not this is the truth.

Absolutely shocked to see Bell as contractors for property maintenance for Lincoln CC standing around most of the morning doing nothing. I was present for 3 hrs and in that time they did less than 10 mins work. What a waste of council resources or council tax funds. Shocking!

External refurbishment at Central Stockport property on behalf of Johnnie Johnson Housing was undertaken in an unprofessional manner. No preparation; sanding; cleaning was done before painting over existing dirty grimy flaking paint. Property comprises four elevations - only two of them have been painted. Been promised a site meeting - as an occupier - but not happened yet and getting no support from project management team. Please get this sorted.

This group were contracted to work repairing doors at my university accommodation. They arrived at my flat as a group of around four men and got to work removing and repairing fire doors. I had absolutely no complaint about their work until for some reason they started to talk about their sexual fantasies and make lewd jokes. This made me a bit uncomfortable and as the only person in my flat (and a girl) I was too scared to confront them directly, so I emailed my accommodation supervisor letting him know what was said and asking if they could tone it down. My halls manager asked the men to leave immediately but they took a while to clean up. During this time they worked out that I was the one making the complaint since I was the only one there and started talking about me saying they found the complaint laughable and that I shouldn't care about it because 'I'm not twelve'. They even continued their previous conversation in defiance. This whole time I felt incredibly scared and started crying when they finally left.

Agreed date to replace door in our flat. Nobody turned up; no response to phone calls or emails. First email received auto reply “on leave”; second email got auto reply “on site”.

Painters laughing at a man with a mental health illness, and when asked to move because of this. They became abusive and follow me almost to my door continuously being aggressive!! When asked for a rep, all 3 came to my door as if to intimidate me…

Merry xmas ! Why do the office staff all get a party and the painters who do the graft all year don't get a invite, or there own party, a Xmas bonus or anything 🤔 it's made out to be very much us and them and we have to do courses how to deal with people! Although we are the ones dealing with the customers front line and get great reviews for our work ! Very scrooge if you ask me .

Worst experience. I think because they have only small team in Scotland, there is only one person (sale) I can get information from. But this guy is so unreliable and he acted like a lier. He kept being disappeared. He said he could do the work on time and talk about the price, then I couldn’t reach him anymore. So I contacted their office many times, but nothing they could do other than pass my messages to the guy. And then, the worst part, he emailed me with terrible attitude and accused me being unreasonable, he pretended we didn’t talk about anything so it's not his position to follow up my case, and he implied that he has plenty job to do, he doesn’t need to take my job. Such terrible experience with this company. I’m very glad I didn’t hire them for the job. It will turn to a nightmare with this kinda customer service.
