They Came Frm Your Orpington Branch

Two Chaps came to my Door-(So as 2-Fit a New Fire Door, that Complies with the Other Flat Doors)-@-Bout 8:45-9:00am, 1 Older, this Chap Asked to Use my Toilet, & PROCEEDED 2Ava #2, & Stunk Not Only My Toilet, But Also The Rest'o'My FLAT(DirtyLittleMan)-&-Then Both Chaps Disappeared for Bout 15-20-Minutes With No Explanation, Apart frm2-GetAway frm "The Stunk". An It Was The Younger Lad(35-40-frm Stepney), He Did the Job, With Not 1 iot'a, Just Got On With His Work, EXPLAINED If there was goina'B Any Noise, & Kept Me Informed of What/How He Was Doing/Getting On, I Was Well, Impressed With This Employee, Was More Than Sufficient & Cleaned Up As He Went, & When He Had Finished, As for't Older Chap, I Wouldn't Employ Him To EMPTY MY RUBBISH BIN, Let Alone Do Any WORK For E'moi. 'Hanx' for Your Time/Patience & Experience...

Today Bell decorators came to paint small communal stair well , they did have dust sheets but only 2 , i asked them on behalf of the 4 flats here if they would clean up when finished as paint splatter on carpet and bit from rubbing down , after they left all they had done was wipe a couple of places, I wonder if the 2 who did the decorating would like where they live to be left in the state they left ours .

I wrote a review about a contract company and a particular person in the bell group the other day. I must apologise for getting the roofing company's name wrong. The roofing company's is wright's roofing Nottingham.

I am a derby home tennant I have lived in my property for going onto 20 years. We have at last have been allocated new roofs. I live on the 2nd floor. The contractors that the bell company employed for this job didn't even try to commit to the promise of cleaning up there debris at the end of every day. It's so bad that on my front path leading to our front door today there is no less than 30 nails on the path along with old peices of wood with rusty nails sticking up the path is 5m by 1.5m i dread to think how many there is in the grass along the complete length of the property. This is just 1 of the many complaints I put to Mr Wayen Birken. I was promised a face to face meeting to address my concerns with Elliot roofing. I have photographic and video evidence to back up my complaints. I'm still awaiting this so called meeting and I have yet to hear back from mr Birkin, but then again I don't expect to now as the job has so called been finished. I'm just waiting for the lawn mowers to mow the grass and I will be amazed if there isn't a serious accident resulting in all the nails that have been left on the front grass of the building. I caught one of there workers pulling obsolete copper pipes out of my property wall.( of which I have photographic evidence until I confronted the worker to put it back. He then tried to convince me that it was useless and that he would go along the the building and fill in the holes that would be left with some sort of filler. I heard hiw estimate there was over a £100 with of copper to be had. With information being passed like this to Mr Birkis you would think he would want to get to the bottom of this A.S.A.P. Still waiting.

I was told 9am, at 9.15 when I rang I was told another 25 mins! Why can’t they come when they say instead of blaming traffic? Not impressed.

I want to leave the job I’m a apprentice painter but I can’t seem to get out as I didn’t want this trade but bell keep saying there is opportunities whereby I don’t think there is opportunities in painting so I want to leave please sorry for the inconvenience.

We dont do a lot of work with BELL and Initially the relationship was very good but over time things have slowed down and i always have to chase my local contact which is dissapointing
