About Bell Group:

Whilst we are considered a market leader, our Group remains a family owned and operated company; George Bell, our Chairman and Founder, set up his own commercial painting and decorating company in April 1984 – Collins and Bell Ltd – operating throughout the central belt of Scotland. Since that time the Group has grown through acquisitions as well as organically; this has resulted in developing a strong network of services, which have been designed to integrate on a national, regional and local basis. Our key strength as a business is our team which we have developed over the years; this is partly thanks to the comprehensive training programme put in place for all employees and our commitment to respecting individuals.

“I had the pleasure of working with the team at Bell Group on the Braehead Retail Park Canopy Painting Project, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From my initial meeting with Sandra and Gordon, it was clear that they were dedicated to addressing the poor condition of our canopy. Their thorough assessment laid the groundwork for a successful project. Liam, the site manager, ensured that every aspect of the work was carried out to the highest standards. “We have just had a kitchen refurbishment from Bell group ,all if the workmen were brilliant ,from the lads who took the old kitchen out ,&replaced all the units worked 8 hour days ,one came in on Sunday to finish what he was doing ,the floor is great and very well fitted ,the tiling is really good ,all the men were polite and professional 👍”

“Installed front door fire door yesterday. Gabriel, the guy who installed the door by himself did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier. He is polite, smart, quick and the skills he used to install the door are A+. Highly recommend Bell Group and Gabriel for an extremely job well done.”

“Bell group have recently started to carry out works for our company. As we provide residential homes for children works need a lot of planning and consistent communication. “External refurbishment at Central Stockport property on behalf of Johnnie Johnson Housing was undertaken in an unprofessional manner. No preparation; sanding; cleaning was done before painting over existing dirty grimy flaking paint. Property comprises four elevations - only two of them have been painted. Been promised a site meeting - as an occupier - but not happened yet and getting no support from project management team. Please get this sorted.”

“This group were contracted to work repairing doors at my university accommodation. They arrived at my flat as a group of around four men and got to work removing and repairing fire doors. I had absolutely no complaint about their work until for some reason they started to talk about their sexual fantasies and make lewd jokes. This made me a bit uncomfortable and as the only person in my flat (and a girl) I was too scared to confront them directly, so I emailed my accommodation supervisor letting him know what was said and asking if they could tone it down. My halls manager asked the men to leave immediately but they took a while to clean up. During this time they worked out that I was the one making the complaint since I was the only one there and started talking about me saying they found the complaint laughable and that I shouldn't care about it because 'I'm not twelve'. They even continued their previous conversation in defiance. This whole time I felt incredibly scared and started crying when they finally left.”

“We have just recently had the exterior of three buildings painted in some of the wet and windiest lake district conditions by a team of guys from Bell. The guys were polite, courteous, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. They worked hard and left the place spotless when they were finished, I have since recommended them to our regional manager for our other sites around the UK Thanks for what you have done guys, the place looks great”
