“Excellent Service I purchased a flat belt for my Optal 26, which unfortunately arrived damaged with a cut at the back. I contacted the company to explain the issue, and they immediately arranged a replacement via UPS on the same day for next-day delivery. The level of service was truly outstanding. I dealt with Mark Sayers from the Sales department, who was extremely understanding and patient, even though I was quite agitated at the time. Exceptional support and efficiency — 10/10 to the entire team.”
