“what a fantastic company! i rang three times prior to ordering and each time they patiently assisted to help me choose the right items. i needed a custom belt width, not a 6,9, or 15 they offered. It was no problem to them as they cut to 8mm size i needed and everything still came in 2 days. The savings to be had when needing belts, or bearings even, is amazing. machine suppliers put a massive premium on 'spare parts' and yet if you know the spec, these guys will more than likely be able to supply it and you will save a fortune. highly recommend this business and i definitely will use again and tell others to.”

“I phoned to make some enquiries before ordering online, excellent customer service, very polite. I decided on the 2nd class delivery and it arrived in 5 days, very happy with that indeed as I was not in need of the item in a rush - there are faster delivery options available. “The bearing was sent the day after ordering, Paid for 2nd class postage. Tried using royal mail TRACK YOUR PARCEL absolutely useless. It didn't arrive till 12 days later. The bearing are just what I wanted...thanks”
