“Ridiculous returns policy. You have to email them, nothing on the website to complete. Then they immediately ask for Ā£25 to send back by FedEx, no mention of Royal Mail being half the cost. They ask you to fill out a form on their page - when you click on the link it says "deceptive page" in bright red. Not good. Jumpers were also just so la la, so with this hassle, will never buy from them again.”
