“salesman came showed me where it would fit and how it works. took my order, and within a fortnight. fitters came and fit AquaLift. and tested it to make sure it worked properly. and now I can atlast I can have a bath. some thing that I couldnt do through being disabled.”

“Stuart and Pete installed the bathlift. They were both friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company and its products in the future and also would use again in the future if needed. “Aqualift responded very quickly to my enquiry. Pete the salesman came to see me a couple of day later on the Thursday, demonstrated the unit to me which was extremely easy to use. The installation was scheduled for the following Tuesday and Matt & Ionut arrived promptly in the afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble they demonstrated the unit when installation was complete, gave me excellent advice regarding the charging and maintenance of the batteries. They left my bathroom nice and clean in excellent order and completed the setup in less than an hour. Great service from all concerned. I’m so looking forward to being able to take a good long soak in the tub again and not rely on the shower which was becoming so difficult.”

“Excellent design. Early days, but it seems to be very robustly made. The salesman was extremely pleasant and appeared genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with the product and understood how to use it. We were given a possible waiting time of six weeks but in fact, the whole thing was installed within eight days of the salesman leaving. The two installers were very pleasant, were gone within the hour, and left not a trace that they had been there. All together a very impressive performance backed up by very efficient office staff.”

“Andy and James fitted my Bath lift. Arrived in the time slot they had given. Needed an additional part so went to B and Q to get it so they could finish the job that day. Very professional throughout. Pleased with the installation and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy indeed.”
