“The location was busy and had to wait a while to be served, although I succeeded in obtaining my sim card and the agent was polite and informative. I think your customer service maybe enhanced somewhat if you were to provide additional staff in busy time or training to manage the customer expectations with apologies and a smile from your staff.”

“The place was easily located in the airport, and i've had no problems gerting it. The only annoying thing is that it takes too much time in line to get it. The process requires a lot of steps from the employers, so if therr are 5, 6 people in line, you will wait between 30min and 1 hr”

“To Collect the Sim-Cards took too long, there is no difference if go direct to a shop or do preorder online. For the 'Free'activation code for touristor I have to complain as I got only one Key but ordered 4 SIM-Cards. The staff was good and friendly but onlyine ordering needs a big improovement.”
