“I bought a 99 dirham SIM card from your booth at Dubai Airport with the invoice number BMW-RT1-6924 and cell number +971525155206, but the printed version of the invoice was not delivered to me and the email version was issued in US dollars. Please issue a dirham invoice for me and email it. thank you”

“I purchased a pre-paid card before travel assuming that the process at the airport tocollect would be faster. I waited an hour in line. It would have been faster to have gone to another company and bought a fresh card. I expected some sort of priority to pre-purchased cards, but there was none.”

“Poor experience at registration. There were two staff but on,y one was doing productive work. The optimised use of staff could have reduced wait times. Furthermore, there was no explanation of the features and facilities that were provided with my kit. The emphasis was just the SIM card.”
