“Good customer service, Markus R is very helpful. But as a customer, I still have a concern over my hotel booking as I have not received confirmation from the hotel. I was advised that confirmation will be sent 2 weeks prior to check in which I think not competitive compared to the other platforms with instant confirmation. This is a critical customer service element, particularly the booking is paid in full and no refund.”

“Staff at The airport could not be more helpful. They really were brilliant and I cannot highly recommend them enough. However since I’ve signed into the new number I have been plagued with scanning text messages. This would obviously suggest that someone is giving my number to scammers and apparently this is perfectly legal in UAE. It is however annoying”
