To Collect the Sim-Cards took too long, there is no difference if go direct to a shop or do preorder online.
For the 'Free'activation code for touristor I have to complain as I got only one Key but ordered 4 SIM-Cards.
The staff was good and friendly but onlyine ordering needs a big improovement.
