“Service nul Achat par Klook. L'employé ne comprend pas ce qu'il faut faire. Il nous envoie vers le stand Etilasat, il y a trop de monde et d'attente. On nous conseille d'aller dans le Mall, au stand Etilasat. Nous y allons le lendemain. L'employé très sympa nous fait notre carte Sim, MAIS il faut la payer !!! alors que nous avions déjà effectué le paiement. C'est inadmissible comme service. Remboursement nécessaire.”
