“Good customer service, Markus R is very helpful. But as a customer, I still have a concern over my hotel booking as I have not received confirmation from the hotel. I was advised that confirmation will be sent 2 weeks prior to check in which I think not competitive compared to the other platforms with instant confirmation. This is a critical customer service element, particularly the booking is paid in full and no refund.”
