“I was in Dubai for a conference and was looking for one stop shopping to make my trip as easy as possible. I found Alike-Dubai Touristor, who offered me all the amenities that I needed. They even helped me get a SIM card that allowed me to stay connected to my clients back home. It's such a relief knowing I can check things off their list and have more time to enjoy myself!”

“The location was busy and had to wait a while to be served, although I succeeded in obtaining my sim card and the agent was polite and informative. I think your customer service maybe enhanced somewhat if you were to provide additional staff in busy time or training to manage the customer expectations with apologies and a smile from your staff.”

“The SIM Card was installed at the airport (even during the night) and we could start using Internet after 15 minutes. In addition: We enjoyed the metro ticket very much - very handy. Moreover, the Zomato App was fabulous! Being upgraded to Pro-status safes you a lot of money (especially while travelling with a family).”
