“Excellent service. Booking in advance was easy and follow up reassuring. On the day I didn’t have to hang around waiting, the driver arrived 10mins ahead of time. Driver engaged in interesting conversation. The price for the trip was competitive. Would definitely use this service for airport trips again.”

“Everything went smoothly. Nice communication. The driver was perfect. The only reason I don't give 5 is that in your web and booking process you say that you accept card payment to the driver and after my booking you emailed me that only prepayment is accepted. When I send you back your email verification that proves otherwise you just said 'no this is not valid'. You just admitted that you were misleading the customer”

“Good service just needs improving on meet and greet use a board or big card with name on to meet at arrivals as cannot see mobile phones and to make sure driver is waiting on arrival as I had to phone as wasn't there waited around 25 minutes great service overall”
