Booked in advance a journey from Newquay airport to St.Ives. Everything seemed booked and we even received a booking confirmation text message to reply Yes to our booking, which we did. When we landed we were looking for the driver but couldn't see them. We called the company and they told us the booking was cancelled and no replacement to be offered. They said the 'email might have went to the junk box and the text message and app are faulty as they are in beta testing so we should have ignored that'. So we should have ignored the direct confirmation of booking, interesting policy. Luckily the taxi company at the airport had a taxi available straightaway and it was even cheaper then 1st Airport taxis.

I booked a taxi for the early morning and after the booking time passed I checked my booking only to find it had been inexplicably cancelled! I then tried to contact them later via the so-called "instant chat" and got no answer! They are rubbish and the only reason I gave 1 star is because you can't give none.

Shocking. Booked a taxi, they took £60. Phoned me 20 minutes after the taxi was due to arrive to tell me they were fully booked. Then they told me they only did airport bookings??? Why does the website even let you book any other locations then? The guy who phoned me was an absolute tool as well

This is not a good company they services which the wrote it to provide it for the customers. It is not the same and they people of this company are very rude

The online booking system they use allows you to book from point to point in advance. That would be excellent, except they then review the booking to see if they want the job or not and cancel if they don't. They did issue a refund which can take up to 10 days. So they got the use of my money for a week for free but its terrible customer service to use an online booking system that doesn't actually reflect what you do. I was told on the phone that they only do airport transfers - which is fine, some "airport transfer" companies do that, and some do regular trips too. But why sign up for a booking system that suggests they do anything else? Very frustrating.

your confirmation of my order came back incorrect so I immediately cancelled the order and spoke to you on the phone. You still took my £410 payment from my credit card and have not been refunded. I guess this review is for your eyes only looking to review you on other medias.

Well after reading great reviews thought would give these guys a try. Going to Luton was great, all went smoothly. Coming back had horrendous service, no notification of dispatch like when we went to Luton, thought was strange, rang company they said they would find out were driver was and will get them to phone me, 30 mins later still nothing, kept phoning, still there waiting an hour later. Then they said driver was there but couldn’t find us. Eventually driver rang and said were we ready… er yes we’ve been waiting an hour, he said oh the company didn’t tell me you’ve been waiting I’m not in the airport yet. So I said well can you come now please as been waiting, his response ‘ well the whole world is having problems’. It doesn’t stop there, he came and then said had to come out of airport and go back in to pick up a member of cabin crew and drop them off, I wasn’t happy but he said couldn’t leave him, then when finally got to him there was 2 of them, so before taking us home he took them to separate addresses so this added another 30 mins to our journey. No apology nothing. I have emailed them to say not happy but nothing. How unprofessional and rude and lied to me as well. Won’t be using again!

Disappointing service. 10 minutes late for my pick up to the airport and then 30 minutes late for the pick up for my return journey from the airport. On the return journey the driver didn’t apologise, he just made excuses saying that I gave the wrong flight number and falsely claimed that he had called me 5 times but my phone was switched off. This is the second time I’ve used this taxi firm for an airport transfer… the drivers have never been on time. Would not recommend, when you’re trying to catch a flight or you’re tired after coming off a flight it’s an unnecessary stress. I won’t be using them again.

Booked a return journey online stated we wanted to pay cash then got emails and a call wanting card payment or it cant be booked as a previous owner of a taxi company im to aware how often people payed a local company in advance only to get a no show by the taxi company, when we told them just cancel it we would go elsewhere all of a sudden he agreed we could pay cash this after denying it said on there website you can opt to pay cash, a company to avoid

I chose this company on the basis of supplying car seats for children- 2 boosters were required. The taxi picking up my son and family from Gatwick late at night with 2 small children was 45 minutes late and only had one booster seat. The taxi due this morning at 5.00am was 30 minutes late but at least had the correct seats this time. I will never use this company again. Please be aware that when you book with this company that you are not actually booking a taxi. They are a holding company who put out the jobs to those who bid. In spite of many solicitous emails asking for flight details, arrival times etc nothing worked. They also don’t tell you that they don’t go into arrivals to meet you but that you have to find them somewhere near The Sofitel Hotel.

Appalling service, confirmed by email and agreed to me paying cash. They then asked me for a credit card at 3am in the morning of travel they didn’t turn up. Thankfully the replacement taxi firm were £20 cheaper.

The taxi driver didn’t show up at 4am for our airport run. Apparently his car broke down, but no one bothered to tell us that. At 4.45, having waited for them to try and sort it out and having had to chase them multiple times as they just weren’t communicating with me, we ended up driving to the airport and it cost us nearly £300 to park to car at short notice. Worst service I have ever received. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Would not recommend using this company at all. I had a taxi booked for 3am after a flight and there was nobody at all at the airport to collect me. Tried to call and no answer for over 30 minutes. I even called before I took off the confirm everything. Shocking company

Paid for meet and greet-driver no show. I called the company when I landed, apparently driver was I’ll. replacement driver not sent for another 49 minutes. Sat in the cold and rain waiting and now this company does not offer a refund. Shameful.

My niece used Ist airport Taxis this evening and was treated in the most appalling way. Overcharged and told she could have a refund if she got out whilst on the motorway. A young girl travelling alone should not use Ist airport taxis.

this review must be fake. i booked the service online, stated clearly my luggages, and No. of passengers. then double confirmed with email. Driver show up, saying he has no idea how many luggages i have. And the car was not able to fit all my luggages. The driver them acting with no integrity, and very rudely, left me and my family behind (2 young kids , 5 year and 6 month). Driver tried to scare with: i will not able to easily find an alternatives, me and my family will stuck at the airport. called customer service, they not trying to help or resolve the issue. the only way is for me to book another taxi with them. and they tried to scare me with the same reason. the original booking already cost me 145 pounds, and additional one will likely to cost another 50 pounds. i refused. I them booked two Ubers, cost me around 80 pounds in total,

I can only assume that employees and owners are writing previous reviews all being “anonymous traveller”, to show five stars. This is by far the worst airport transport experience I’ve had in over 20 countries. My 04:15 pickup was a disaster as the office called me and woke me before 3am to ask where I lived. I had provided all details a week in advance and not issues were raised. The driver arrived and proceeded to drive irrationally and dangerously the entire way to Heathrow. Continuing to drink red bull and water to stay awake, however on 3 occasions still closed his eyes and crossed lanes. Fortunately other cars were not present at this time. On landing for my 19:30 booking no car was present, I followed all website pages for meet and greet and paid the additional charge, again I received a call from the driver then the office to tell me no meet and greet was booked and the driver was on route. On contacting the office again I was told they tracked flights and would be there at 8pm. My flight landed at 19:15, yet we were told my flight was late! I was on the plane which landed early! The cost of return journey is not a fair price now I have had an opportunity to compare to other locally based companies. Do your own research and you’ll find better services and fleet quality. Finally the polite and kind driver arrived as per his instruction for 8pm! He did his best to deal with with my disappointment & frustrations. I thank him for his personal service. I will not be missed as a customer, but advise future passengers to consider their travel options carefully.

Appalling service. Paid for meet and greet 6 weeks in advance for family with children at Gatwick. Confirmed by phone 24 hours prior to meet. Cancelled by email later that day. They do not value their customers as they declare they do!!!

They called me 12 hours before my booking to tell me a saloon was not big enough for one adult, 2 kids and a suitcase (!) and they want me to pay another £30. I said no we would clearly fit in the car with lots of space… They then called me a few hours before our plane was due to take off to tell me that they weren’t going to send a car with child seats unless I paid them another £30. They said it was my choice if I wanted to pay more, cancel and miss my flight, or have my four year old travelling around the m25 with no car seat! It’s hard to summarise how insane this conversation was and how brazen they were in their attempts to extort money from me. I wouldn’t use these guys again in a million years.
