I requested and paid for a meet and great in the airport but my driver was in the car park (and 10 mins late). The car I was expecting was a sliver BMW, the driver arrived in a old hybrid car that did not deliver a comfortable ride. The driver was also unaware of significant road closures that evening and seemed to get lost, struggling between Waze and signed diversions. It was a terrible experience, and I would like a refund.

Paid for meet and greet-driver no show.
I called the company when I landed, apparently driver was I’ll. replacement driver not sent for another 49 minutes. Sat in the cold and rain waiting and now this company does not offer a refund. Shameful.
