Driver did not bother to meet them at arrival instead he was waiting in his car and texted his license number. Contacted to costumer support for refund at least the extra that i paid but message is being ignored

AVOID AVOID, don’t use them. I booked a taxi cab with them and they did not show up. They took money then stated they don’t operate in UAE. Stranded at airport with young family and baby. Please avoid these cowboys. Not even a refund given for a no show. AVOID AVOID
