“My trip from Luton airport to Cambridge went well and the driver was very good and friendly. However, the mess that occurred with the pick up for my wife from Luton airport to Cambridge was totally unacceptable. The driver who finally drove my wife to Cambridge was apparently very good and friendly but the original arrangement of a meet and greet for my wife at Luton airport did not happen and she had to wait, very late at night, for about 45 minutes until the new driver could reach her and bring her to Cambridge. This was exceedingly annoying!”

“Well, if you pay for a taxi and ,,meet and greet'' (extra cost) for your father (alone with heavy baggage and with sick hand) you expect actually meet and greet service afer arrival. They have your flight number. Bu no, instead he has to take this heavy baggage and go to car park terminal 2 (we speak about London Luton airport), than you have to looking for a taxi, that ask other driver to call him (my father doesn´t have a cedit for calling) and than wait .... well, that is not meet and greet for this extra cost.”

Hello, We hope you are well, at 1st Airport Taxis we value our customers. Please provide us with your booking ref number so that we can look into it, we always make sure the driver meet the passengers in the arrival hall with the name board of the passenger if it is a meet and greet, just to clarify more we do monitor the flights the driver waits just outside the airport until the passenger is done with the passport control and the luggage clam once the passenger is clear then the drivers goes into the arrivals to meet the passengers as if they parks the car and goes early and the passenger is stuck in the immigrations they get the extra parking charges.
