Unfortunately they sent it to a 3 year old address. I never received it and asked if they could send another. “Many positive reviews from anonymous accounts. Interestingly, the accounts from real people describe this organisation as appalling. The staff are extremely unlikeable and their approach to handling complaints is completely unacceptable. One's bank card will be debited immediately but the coins will not be dispatched. Then some rude, obnoxious staff member will spout some nonsense in an attempt to excuse their incompetence. This entire operation needs to be shut down.”

“I bought coins and I transferred more money than was needed just to be sure. That Was in January. My order arrived (nothing to complain about here).
But then I wanted the rest my money refunded. Always the same answer: request received, it will take 3-5 working days. I have sent excerpts from two different accounts. They couldn't verify the first, then they needed the second in English, then they needed a photo of my ID, back and front, to verify me. Of course I did not send my ID. I sent them an email to warn them to give me my money back until the end of last week (like, you know, transfer the money into the account it came from). Not only did they not do it, but this is my current status, with zero available in the royal mint account:

Your Investment account is currently being reviewed by our customer team. We may need to contact you to request additional identity documents and to provide feedback. Thank you for your patience.”
“They take your money quickly enough.
They don't tell you that compliance checks will hold things up for weeks, they don't tell you that cancellation is not possible until afterwards and they don't tell you that they have so many complaints in their system that they're running two months late dealing them all.
Definitely avoid, it's your money they're keeping all this time and you'll have nothing to show for it.”
