Line we’re very helpful and we have no complaints about them . They couldn’t have been more helpful. However , making the purchase would have been soooo much easier if we could have done it with one phone call , but our purchase , sadly could only be done on line which we found very complicated.”
“I'm dissatisfied, because after triing to order 5 coins (and 4 of tham were bullion coins) I've got confirmation for only 1 none-bullion coin before appliing payment, and nothing was mantioned about 4 other coins. That cause me to cancel the order. And I have no idea why it is impossible to order bullion coins and send tham to the buyer, because I tried to do that several times and my order was alwais rejected. Vladimir”
“When I ordered this item I was informed that despatch was expected in 4 - 6 weeks. This was OK as I was going to be on holiday during some of the interim. However 2 weeks later order I was informed by email that my order was ready for despatch. This resulted in Royal Mail making 5 attempts to deliver the item before my request to hold it until my return from holiday was acknowledged (not Royal Mint's fault I know, but frustrating non the less). I previously dealt with Sandra as my personal advisor, and she would have contacted me proactively about the change in despatch date. Since her departure I have not had contact with an equivalent member of staff.
When I finally received the item I was very pleased with it. However I was disappointed in its presentation. When I have purchased previous 'high value' items the presentation has been exceptional, both in the display case and packaging used and in the accompanying literature To receive the item in a basis plastic case with no further information was less than I expected.”

- Placed an order on Sunday evening, expecting prompt dispatch
- Website claims 1–5 business days for dispatch, but nothing happened for 3 full days
- No updates in account, no tracking number, no transparency
- Only after chasing support multiple times was I told the order was “allocated” – still not dispatched
- No explanation given for the 3-day delay before even starting to process the order
- Clearly, “1–5 days” really means 5 – misleading and frustrating
- Needed the item as a gift by Wednesday – their delay made that impossible
- Poor communication, no urgency, and no compensation offered despite the inconvenience”
