“The mix made into milk shakes is filling enough and u am using the small pouches at the moment. But I find the mixture leaves alot of the mashed up seeds still on the sides of my drink/mixing vessel.”
“These shakes are great for breakfast, easy to blend together and I like the nutty taste that all flavours seem to have. Not 5 stars as doesn't quite jeep me full till lunchtime!”

I was attracted to try Purition following reading that it contained normal food.
I find that with the addition of milk , yogurt and frozen mixed fruits it has a pleasant taste and texture.

“I have not long been on Purition, so cannot give the best review, I am trying to lose weight, but it seems to have more calories than Shredded Wheat as a Breakfast, so just have to have for lunch. Will know better in a few weeks I suppose. Only tried Macadamia & Vanilla Flavour - its a bit strange, doesn't really taste of Vanilla but very nutty. Ok though.”
“I've been taking this product for about 5 weeks now. The starter pack had some not so nice flavours. Picked my own after I finished the first pack and all good. Shakes are still a little lacking in flavour, but they're filling and I feel much healthier for taking them. I have no gut issues like I did with other brands, unfortunately no weight loss.”
