I have not long been on Purition, so cannot give the best review, I am trying to lose weight, but it seems to have more calories than Shredded Wheat as a Breakfast, so just have to have for lunch. Will know better in a few weeks I suppose. Only tried Macadamia & Vanilla Flavour - its a bit strange, doesn't really taste of Vanilla but very nutty. Ok though.
