“The flavour of all 3 of the Keto bars is great and they are great for an "on-the-go" lunch as they are filling. My only criticism is the high amount of cocoa butter means that they are best eaten straight from the fridge otherwise they go soft and it is then like eating flavoured butter.”

“Have tried a couple of different brands prior to finding purition, I ordered the vegan sachets in many different flavours, so far so good, I mix this with Almond milk (unsweetened) however I do find that half spoon of honey mixed in does help with the banana flavour and also the cocoa flavours just to give it a little more sweetness, my husband has many intolerances due to having MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) and I am hoping I can get him onto these as there are no strange preservatives or weird gum which you find in many other products.”

Purition does thicken up considerably once blended and that is beacuse it is naturally very rich in fibre due to the whole-food ingredients we use in the recipe (nuts and seeds) - in particular, the Chia seeds. The good news is that the high fibre content of Purition (it contains both soluble and insoluble) has great health benefits for the digestive system!

“The keto bars are very dense and satisfying although I did not realise until I’d had a few that you were only supposed to have half as a snack 😆 The part you rip off has that information on it.
I love the fact that they are all natural but if the flavours could be enhanced without it meaning artificial flavours then that would be good. The coconut is my favourite as it has the strongest flavour. Maybe a little bit more cocoa in the chocolate who knows.”

“I really like the natural flavours of Purition & the fact they use real whole foods & stevia to sweeten. I’ve only just started using them so haven’t given 5 stars as would like to try more vegan flavours and I’m not sure if I’ll start finding it quite expensive in the long term. Also it makes it less portable that it’s best to make it with a blender + milk rather than just a shaker & water. But maybe that’s the trade off for the natural healthier product.”
