“I had a problem with a Jammer that was offered by Friends and contacted the support Proswimwear, the assistance was clear and very professional, they resolved the problem very quickly and I appreciated a lot the direct support from Paige Florence from Customer Service. Thanks so much!”

“I needed help with sizing and changing a product. I contacted pro swimwear and received a response within the hour via email. The product was changed as needed and all staff I communicated with were swift to respond , friendly and helpful. I often purchase competitive swimwear from them as find the prices and range of sizes the best , when ever I have ordered from them I find the products delivered swiftly, good communication but just importantly all staff provide excellent customer service when required.”

“This company is great. They had a product my grandson really wanted for Christmas that he said was hard to find. I mistakenly ordered it twice when I tried to set up an account. I emailed customer support anc the next morning a kind gentleman named George had rectified the situation for me! It’s on the way and I can’t wait to see it. Apparently the Uglies brand is anything but ugly! Thanks to George and this nice company. Happy Thanksgiving all!”

“Be careful with their return times.... I purchased a swimsuit for my wife for her birthday. Given the warning regarding shipping times (it was going to Australia from the UK) I purchased it eight weeks before her birthday. It was too small and ProSwimwear (Vivian) refused a refund or exchange as it was outside their 30 day return time. Pretty nasty bunch. We won't use them again.”

“I used ProSwimwear for the first time in Oct 2022 because I urgently needed a specific Arena costume for my daughter. Although I was initially nervous to order a costume on a UK site when we reside in South Africa, I found the entire experience with them excellent, from the ease of ordering to the good feedback on the status of my order. Moreover, when my order was close to arriving, I received three emails from a company claiming to be ProSwimwear's carrier to SA. The third of these emails sounded like a scam to me because they were asking me to pay money to customs before my order would be released. Being my first international order of this kind, I emailed ProSwimwear immediately to ask them if this was legitimate. I am thrilled to say that I received a response extremely quickly from a wonderful lady, Paige Williams, from customer service. She put my mind at ease and advised me to sit tight because they had been told that my order was still in transit, and that it was expected to be delivered a few days later. I did just that and voila my costume arrived 2 days later on my desk at work, without me having to pay anything for customs!! Paige was incredible in her constant communication with me post my query that I will most certainly not hesitate to order anything from them in the future!”

“I've regularly purchased Racing suits from ProSwimwear and always been happy. My latest purchase developed a problem on the seam so I contacted Proswimwear support and spoke to Vivian (via E-mail). I had a quick response and was very happy with the outcome, which gave me options on how I wanted to proceed. I chose a replacement suit which arrived very quickly.”
