“Price and service from Opie was fine, let down by carrier (Fedex). Initially notified that delivery would be in the morning, but finally got a message around 15:30 that delivery could not be made (no reason given) even though I was on the premises all the time and saw no sign of a delivery truck. Rearranged delivery for the following day, which was successfully made, although again at a somewhat later time than advised.”

“I needed replacement bushes for an elderly pair of Bilstein shock absorbers. Did the usual on-line trading sites search and wasn't convinced I had found the correct specification. Google search revealed other direct suppliers including Opie who offered genuine Febi parts at a very competitive price. Bought two pairs (why not?) which were delivered quickly, very well packed and cheap postage & packing. Lesson learned:go to a professional supplier wherever possible. Great comms too from Jack P!!”
