“Easy enough to buy from you but FedEx has let you down. My delivery has been delayed 3 times this week and I still have not got my goods. Delivery was scheduled for Monday, I'm now told Thursday but expecting this to be changed yet again.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. After looking into the order, the address was missing the house number. Once FedEx were advised on where to deliver the parcel there would have been a delay with the delivery for a new label to be generated. I can see that the package has since been delivered.
