“Oil filter delivered between two tubs of oil and the box was crushed. Could so easily have been wrapped in the box and secured on top of the tubs. Contacted Opie and they said "thanks for raising this..."”

As this is a metal spin-on oil filter, only the outer packaging would have been affected, and the filter itself will be completely fine to use.
