“Excellent as usual - except for hopeless FedEx who lost my delivery (or dropped it at another address) 5 days later (Thursday to Monday) they still have not contacted the local depot and asked the driver where he delivered the package. Very inconvenient as my car was booked in at the garage on Monday AM. I believe Opie Oils are having similar problems in extracting an answer from FedEx.”
