Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the issues with delivery. Fedex tried to deliver a couple of times but were unable to gain access to the Military base to complete delivery. I can see you have already contacted our customer services team who have arranged for the parcel to be returned to us and refunded. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience.

“I've always had good service from Opie oils . On this occasion ordering a cabin filter from them was ok but the packaging looked like it came from a warzone I can only assume that was done in transit .”

“Buying from Opie oils hasn't been a problem in the past but this last delivery was disgraceful. Not only was the box left out in view of everyone but the box itself was so flimsy, it could have been made from tissue paper. Resulting in the contents being all caved in & squashed.”
