“Just like eurocarpats. Sending wrong parts that doesn't fit ur car. You only have 30 days to send back , if u booked ur mechanic after .. and get to your parts and find out they do not fit you are screwed. Of course u should pay for returns coz why not ... F costumers This was for my two previous orders. Neither the air or the oil filter was good. Anyway only ordered oils this time , cannot mess this up opies”

“I placed my order by phone and when discussing the logistics I made it very clear that my car was scheduled for its service on Wednesday. I believe that under the circumstances I should have been told that the delivery would not arrive until Tuesday, the risk being that if something went wrong I would not receive the oil and filter on time. I was booked in for 0900 hrs wednesday morning. The FedEx tracking system showed the delivery for between 0745 and 11.50 am on Tuesday. I chased FedEx and contacted Opie when it didnt arrive, which it did at about 4.30 pm. The delivery was not on time and no revised delivery time was provided - except for it was due still for that day, Tuesday. My concern is that if it had not arrived by 5 - 5.30pm what are my options? The garage shuts so I can't reschedule, its too late to find somewhere to purchase oil, its too late to drive to the depot to collect the oil.”

Thanks for the review. I can see the delivery estimate was before your appointment,which could be why a delivery day was not stated. If asked the information would of course been provided. The delivery estimates are also emailed over on the order confirmation and dispatch notices. I do apologise on behalf of Fedex for the delivery window estimate changing. Unfortunately things out of their control can happen which can delay an order, for example traffic, or a closed road. I do apologise for the communication issues you have experienced here.
