“Used these guys a few times. A complete service kit for a Honda jazz under £80, that's 8 spark plugs too! I was missing the oil filter, emailed on the weekend, got an out of hours reply apologizing. A new one arrived Tuesday with a nice air freshener thrown in. Mistakes happen...but it's all about how they are resolved. If you are looking for car services items, this is the only place to go.”

“Website easy to use. I contacted them via email to make sure i was ordering the correct parts and oil. Customer service was good and quick replies. All I would say is Delivery isn't the quickest. But that wasn't an issue this time.”

“I've used OPIE for several years now and I have never had a poor experience and, further more, their prices are very competitive. The oil always arrives well packed and undamaged. They also have a real address and a real phone number so, should there be an issue, you can speak to a real human being and not a flippin robot. Thank you.”
