“I forgot to apply the Black Friday code, spend over £250, but no method to retrospectively receive the discount.”

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback — and we completely understand how frustrating it is to miss out on a discount code. While the code can’t be automatically applied retrospectively, our customer service team would be very happy to look into this for you and review your order manually to see what assistance we can offer. If you could just get in touch with them directly(customerservices@opieoils.co.uk), they’ll pick it up and take care of it for you.
