“Website experience was good. FedEx is a terrible delivery company and I will avoid businesses that use them if I can in the future. FedEx is the reason for the low rating.”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the issues with Fedex. I can see they tried to deliver the day after dispatch but no-one was in to accept the delivery. They then sucessfully delivered the next working day.

“Generally the order too longer to be shipped than anticipated, and the packeging was a bit poor. With parts falling off their boxes.”

“Opie oils messed up the order and sent the wrong grade of oil. Had to wait until Monday to sort out, order collected but the replacements (correct grade) were not delivered next day as promised very disappointing this time round.”

We are so sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with your order. I'm afraid that the company is shut over the weekend so, nobody was able to resolve the issue untill the Monday for you. I can confirm that as soon as we were made aware of the issue we did everything in our power to correct the problem for you.
