“I wait too long. I ordered oil on Monday morning. It was sent only on Thursday. FedEx didn't get me at home, so I had to drive 30 miles to pick up the package. World of lubricant works much better and gives you free stickers.”

“My delivery arrived in a few days after l placed the order and l was kept up to date with an expected delivery day & time which was good. The boxed order had been dropped and all three cans had been badly dented l think it was lucky they didn’t burst! My suggestion would be feedback to FEDEX and label attached to packaging ‘Fragile handle with care’ also pack cans in plastic bags to avoid spillage if they do burst similar to another supplier.”
